The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Cedar Hill rose by $3,525 while total valuation decreased by 3.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 156 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $172,335 – a 2.1% increase over the $168,810 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 161 homes sold in Cedar Hill in the second quarter of 2020.
