The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Grand Prairie in Dallas County rose by $11,070 while total valuation decreased by 18.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 675 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $150,900 – a 7.9% increase over the $139,830 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 826 homes sold in Grand Prairie in the first half of 2020.
