The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Highland Park rose by $346,800 while total valuation decreased by 31.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 84 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $1,736,600 – a 25% increase over the $1,389,800 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 122 homes sold in Highland Park in the first half of 2020.
