The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Irving rose by $13,840 while total valuation decreased by 34.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 627 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $182,100 – a 8.2% increase over the $168,260 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 951 homes sold in Irving in the first half of 2020.
