The City of Coppell’s water supply was resorted Thursday, and a local water emergency was rescinded.
A boil order also was lifted for the Dallas County city, officials said.

Coppell residents on Wednesday were asked not to drink or use water unless it’s an emergency.
A power outage at the Village Parkway Pump Station caused by a fallen power line has created the problem, the city said in a bulletin posted on its website.
“City has entered State 5 of the Water Conservation Plan, allowing for water use only in emergencies. The City of Coppell requests that residents and businesses only use water in emergency situations,” the post stated.
Coppell, located in northwest Dallas County about 25 minutes from downtown Dallas, also closed all city offices on Wednesday in response.
Crews were working to restore power to the Pump Station.
Earlier Wednesday, water customers were sent a boil notice.
“Some residents may notice water returning to their homes. Others may not have any water running through their homes,” officials said in a press release.
A power line fell at East Sandy Lake Road and Kimbel Kourt, causing a power failure and little water pressure, Coppell Police said.
